Is there a cost to get started?

Yes - there is a one-time, non-refundable platform setup fee that will processed at the time of signup on all Pay As You Go packages that is about £30 GBP.

Is there a minimum commitment with the volume-based packages?

Yes. All volume-based packages start at 5,000 calls (£550 GBP/month) and come with a 12-month contract, which can be billed monthly or upfront annually.

What are the difference between caller ID, CNAM, and branded caller ID?

Caller ID (also known as CLI, CLID) simply transmits the phone number of the caller to call recipients whether the call is to a landline or mobile phone.
CNAM (short form caller ID name) adds the name of the caller (up to 15 characters) on calls made to landlines only. CNAM relies on multiple, decentralized, and often outdated databases to display business name and only available in the United States and Canada.
Branded caller ID is the new evolution of CNAM and allows businesses to customize and control their outbound caller ID display on calls made to mobile phones with additional caller information, including: display name up to 32 characters (always included), logo and call reason.

Does Branded Call with logo cost more than Branded Call without logo?

No! Hiya’s Branded Call subscriptions all includes both types of branded calls.

The exact display will vary by device and carrier, however, all branded calls made to mobile phones on the Hiya Network can have a customized caller name up to 32 characters to be displayed.

Does Branded Call ensure my calls are not labeled or reported as spam?

Branded caller ID can reduce the likelihood of your calls being reported as spam because the call recipient will see your trusted branded caller ID rather than an unknown number, however, businesses are responsible for ensuring their calling practices adhere to government call regulations in their region and respect consumer preferences.
